Developments

The Klin Group introduced the first WM Morrison supermarket to Scotland in 2003, at Kilmarnock, as part of a £60million redevelopment package. This included the transformation of two historic category B listed derelict town centre properties, one the former headquarters of Andrew Barclay & Son, a world-leading steam locomotive manufacturer, the other a derelict Victorian Opera house.

Our respect for heritage is evident in our regeneration work where land and properties with a wealth of history, in their former purposes or in their architecture, have been passionately restored and found new, meaningful uses. With numerous regeneration developments across Scotland The KLIN Group continue to regenerate local communities creating bespoke community lead initiatives. We specialise in the reinvention of Historic Listed building with initiatives including ,retail, commercial and housing set within these jewel buildings.

The KLIN Group was one of the first private sector investors in the regeneration of the Tollcross area of Glasgow. The company completed several brownfield housing developments in the area which led the way for further third party investment.

Since 1988, the company has progressed from property construction into investment in land and property regeneration and has grown as a wider, entrepreneurial business that is exceptionally well-networked.
